The job in a nutshell 

The role sits in the Client Servicing EMEA team based in The Hague. The Client Servicing team supports our clients that invest with us through our different investment platforms and investment servicing offerings. The team acts as a bridge between the client, our commercial functions and the operational business. The team composes of different sub-groups aligned to our different client groups (fiduciary, affiliate, institutional and wholesale). 

We are recruiting for a role to support us in the width of the team, but with an expected focus on the fiduciary and institutional space. In the role, you will be responsible for meeting and where appropriate exceeding the operational and administrative needs and expectations of a defined portfolio of clients. You will also be working in close liaison with relevant colleagues to deliver a consistently excellent standard of client service.

Key responsibilities

  • Client onboarding – Onboarding of complex mandates, if required, and feasibility checks for new or adjusted client offerings.
  • Support Relationship Management and Sales Activities – Build and develop relationships with key client contacts and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments. Also responsible for delivering Client Servicing activities. 
  • Process Ownership – Play a role in process enhancements and process alignments within EMEA, and look at processes from a top down perspective
  • Risk & Control - Participate in audits and Risk Control Self Assessments (RCSA) and execute assigned actions. 

This is your future position, because you:

  • Have a Master’s degree in e.g. Business Administration, Financial Economics or Finance and Investments and affinity with the investment world. 
  • Have 0-3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Have a strong focus on clients, problem-solving abilities, and able to deal with difficult problems.
  • Have a hands-on personality with good communication skills in English and in Dutch (both written and oral).

  • You will be earning between €2780 and €3200 based on 40 hours and your work experience;
